You'll find ALL 3 of those "jedi-mind" trick mental exercises I found to WORK above all else during my own transformation. Couple things to note (which I say in the video):


1. You should be doing 1 exercise a day.

2. Take your time with each exercise.. Do them RIGHT.

3. Check out my own "homemade" worksheets below. The first is what my "list" used to look like when I was in high school. Down to the last thought.


The second is what it looks like prioritized and the third is a *BONUS* I want you to PRINT OUT and SIGN.


I have my own signed copy at my house from when I was in high school..I still look at it every so often. It's IMPORTANT.
